Apart from our best-sellers, all ANG jewellery are made to order. Therefore, please find the following information of our production time.
• In-stock item - will be post the next working day after we receive your order.
• Pre-order item – will be ready and post within 7-14 working days.
• Engrave in-stock item – will be ready and post within 7-14 working days.
• Engrave pre-order item – will be ready and post within 14-21 working days.
-Any duties or taxes will be included in the final price shown at checkout.
-Working days are Monday to Friday excluding national holidays within Taiwan.

Taiwan Shipping ↫
1. During the non-free shipping promotion time, the policy of ANG delivery are as following:
- Free shipping discount: general orders over NT$ 6,000.
-General home delivery (Maple Logistics Express): about 1-2 workdays for delivery (excluding holidays), the shipping fee is NT 60 for unlimited pieces.
- Convenient store pickup (7-11/Family Mart), about 3-4 workdays for delivery, and both shipping fees are NT$ 80.
2. A shipment will be returned if the shipping address is incomplete and customers have to pay the shipping fee again.
3. No delivery service to PO box.
Global Shipping [ China / Hong Kong / Macau ] ↫
1.During the non-free shipping promotion time, the global shipping to China/HK/Macau policy of ANG delivery are as following:
-Delivery fee is NT$ 300
general orders over NT$ 10,000 will receive a free shipping discount.
2.It used to take around 14 working days to deliver your order to China/HK/Macau, however, due to the Covid-19, we cannot guarantee when your order will be delivered.
3. Please must provide the recipient's ID number or company tax ID number.
4. A shipment will be returned if the shipping address is incomplete, the customer will have to pay the shipping fee again.
5. Customer may be charged for taxes as the order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Please contact local customs by yourself.
6. When the parcel is being taxed by the customs and the customer is unwilling to pay customs duties, the parcel will be returned. The refund will deduct the round-trip shipping and customs duties and then refunded the original order balance.
7. No compensation will be made for lost or stolen parcels during delivery.
Global Shipping [ Europe / America / Other Countries ] ↫
1.During the non-free shipping promotion time, for the global shipping to Europe / America / Other Countries, customer can choose international registered air parcel or international EMS.
- International registered air parcels (7-30 working days): shipping is NT$ 400, free shipping on orders over NT$ 10,000.
- International EMS(5-10 workdays): shipping fee is NT$ 900, free shipping on orders over NT$ 18,000.
-When a single order is over NT$ 8,000, it is recommended to be delivered by EMS. If the parcel is lost or stolen during delivery, it can only track the shipping status, no compensation can be made.
2. Please provide your shipping address as detail as possible, as a shipment will be returned if the shipping address is incomplete, and the customer will have to pay the shipping fee again.
3. Since the postal and transhipment conditions vary from country to country, and the actual delivery time is not guaranteed, for the accurate delivery of the parcel, international EMS is recommended.
4. Since the import customs duty varies from country to country, it is the receiver's responsibility to pay the duties and contact local customs.
5. When the parcel is being taxed by the customs and the customer is unwilling to pay customs duty, the parcel will be returned. Then the refund amount will deduct the round-trip shipping and customs duty and then be refunded to the original order balance.
------------------------Track Shipment Status------------------------
After receiving an email with an order status showing "Completed", please click in Member Centre to check the order status on the delivery progress. You can find your tracking number and visit the shipment tracking website to check the shipping status. Please feel free to leave messages in the order whenever you have questions, the website administrator will reply during working hours (excluding holidays).
